Hey! My name is Jared. For the past 7 years I've built an educational digital media brand that analyzes and appreciates media. We cover books, movies, TV Shows, and videogames through the lens of philosophy, history, sociology, screenwriting, film criticism, etc. We were recently acquired and are now a subsidiary of Blue Ant Media. Part of my job is now working with established and rising creators to build a development slate. We're looking to finance development and production. Blue Ant Media is an international content producer, distributor and channel operator. We were started in 2012 by Michael MacMillan (founding producer of CSI). We've just started to push into scripted television for the U.S and international market. Headed by Laura Michalchyshyn (Co-founder of Sundance Productions with Robert Redford) and Dan Lubetkin (Last Week Tonight with John Oliver, Workaholics), we have a number of scripted series set up at cable and streaming buyers around town including Netflix, Hulu, Comedy Central, etc. Blue Ant is currently in post production on live-action Netflix comedy series "The Healing Powers of Dude."
